HIGH END. LOW IMPACT.

BUILDING FOR THE FUTURE

Worldwide, buildings are responsible for nearly 40% of total carbon emissions.

Lamelli’s sustainable construction techniques consider the impact of home construction and operation on the planet and future generations. Green homes are more comfortable, efficient, better places to live.

Our technology allows us to reduce non-renewable materials, pollution and waste.

Sustainable CONSTRUCTION

How important is it to select the right materials for your home?
Building with renewable and reusable materials drastically reduces your ecological footprint.

RENEWABLE MATERIALS

The core of each home is made with Glulam timber, a 100% renewable building material that replaces CO₂ with oxygen. Growing new forests continues this positive carbon dioxide binding cycle.

100% REUSABLE

All of our components are highly adaptable and reusable. They are produced in standard sizes and can be demounted, extended and reused without the destruction of existing structures. Growing homes remain functional as the occupant’s needs change over time.

THOUGHTFULLY SELECTED INGREDIENTS

By carefully selecting the elements that make up our homes we have minimized our environmental impact and avoided potentially toxic substances. We use eco-friendly paints and finishes and our insulation is made with mineral wool or polyurethane.

MINIMAL ON-SITE CONSTRUCTION

Our off-site precision manufacturing dramatically reduces on-site construction waste.

GREEN DESIGN

Lamelli homes maximize living space and energy efficiency.

MAXIMIZE AVAILABLE SPACE

Lamelli’s open floor plans effectively utilize all available living space, making each home feel big and spacious regardless of its size.

HIGH PERFORMANCE WINDOWS AND DOORS

Our high performance glass can be tripled glazed or vacuum insulated and designed to maximize natural light.

PASSIVE SOLAR DESIGN

Reduce the energy requirements of your home. Lamelli’s home plans take advantage of passive solar gain by assessing building orientation, thermal mass, shading and solar access.

PASSIVE HOUSE CERTIFIABLE

Superior insulation and an airtight facade ensure that our modular homes can meet LEED, ENERGY STAR, Living Building Challenge, Passive House and other environmental certification standards.

ENERGY EFFICIENT TECHNOLOGIES

What makes a modern home energy efficient?

SUPERIOR INSULATION

Our 3-in-1 panels are waterproof, provide a vapour barrier and are HYPER insulated. They dramatically reduce heat loss through walls, roofs and floors.

Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems

Maintain a constant flow of fresh air without affecting the temperature of your interior. HRVs are equipped with a heat exchanger that transfers heat from the exiting air to fresh incoming air.

RADIANT HEATED FLOORS

Maximize energy efficiency by heating your entire home from the bottom up. Our radiant subfloor heated panels can easily be installed without pouring concrete and add additional insulation and a vapour barrier.

INTEGRATED LED LIGHTING

Our modular LED lights minimize the energy impact of artificial lights while providing a modern, streamlined appearance.

SOLAR PANELS

Combine energy efficiency with style. Our solar roof panels and siding can be added to provide your home with the energy required for daily living.

Lamelli’s homes can be configured to meet passive house, LEED, ENERGY STAR, Living Building Challenge and other environmental certification standards. This is achieved through the optimization of solar heat gain, ensuring insulation is added to the ceiling and through your own personal selection of energy efficient home appliances.
